One-on-One Training

Training one-on-one is a fantastic way to improve health and wellness. It is a very personalized approach to training and often yields great results. Joel will guide you through an exercise program, teaching you the importance of technique, breathing, stretching, and recovery.

Not only do you get personalized training with Joel, but cardiovascular programming and nutritional guidance are available as well. It is a great way to not just work out, but to learn and improve your overall wellness.

Group Training

Training one-on-one can be difficult for some people, so group training is a great way to improve health while getting motivation and social support from others. Groups of 2-8 people are welcome to train together with Joel. Not only do you still get personalized training catered to your needs, but you get a great group setting that creates accountability and often camaraderie.

In-Home Training

Another option available is in-home training. With in-home training, clients can have Joel come to their house and train them. Although having equipment is appreciated to add variety, it isn’t required. Joel can supply his own equipment that is sure to get you the results that you want.
